Symptoms

When attempting to run the Upgrade Assistant (UA) on Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) on Marketplace (MP) environment against ODI 12.1.3 (12c) schema which was moved to ODI on MP 12.2.1.4.121215 (19c) database, the following error occurs.
