Availability Of COA Code Combinations In CFIN
(Doc ID 2946301.1)
Last updated on MAY 03, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Retail Integration Cloud Service - Version NA and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
CFIN has a capability to dynamically insert code combinations and accept incoming transactions into GL.
However, Oracle Retail is designed to expect a pre-configured code combination in CFIN for every integration that is outbound from Oracle Retail
If it doesn't find a valid pre-existing combination it fails on integration
example:
ReIM posting batch attempts to validate whether a combination is existing in CFIN, and if it doesn't find one, the posting batch fails.
As it validates the account segments against CFIN.
After calling port.validateGlAccount() result:
EXT_PROG_SYS_ERR:outgoing:
EXT_PROG_SYS_ERR:outgoing: setOfBooksId = -1, accountStatus = False
