Application Slowness When Attempting to Bulk Upload Business Process (BP) Records via CSV File (Doc ID 2946577.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to bulk upload Business Process (BP) records via CSV file, it is causing undesirable slowness in the environment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The bulk uploads of records should be managed to prevent affecting users or interfering with environment performance.

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Upload via CSV BP records in batch of 300 or more
  2. Note that the records may cause other background jobs to trigger upon upload such as auto-creations, reverse auto-population, etc.
  3. The CSV import can take up to 3 hours long to complete and may cause documents to not publish until up to 2 days later.
