Symptoms

Unable to disable Damage Mode Receiving for Transfer Receiving

Would like to disable Damage Mode on Transfer Receiving. However, even after removing the permission "Record Receipt Damages" from a role, the user is still able to see the menu option on Transfer Receiving screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Damage Mode button must not be available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup a role with below Role Assignment
Topic: Transfer Receiving, Permission: Record Receipt Damages; Assigned = unchecked
2. Try receiving a store to store transfer using a user with above role.
3. Navigate to Container Items screen, and click on footer menu.
Expected Result : Damage Mode button must not be available
Actual Result: Damage mode button is still available.
