When amending a lease with high volume of assets associated to it, it will generate the below error.

"A connection to the server has failed (504)"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
     1. Navigate the Manage Lease
     2. Select a lease
     3. Click the Action LOV.
     4. Select 'Change Financial Terms'.
