Symptoms
Patch 19.3.010 fix for bug id 34041088 has missing data element and is not working for Stock Ledger
This patch allows Item SOH and Stock Ledger open balance to be converted into Production env directly via a new API. We tested them in our non-Prod environment and found 2 issues:
1. INV_STATUS_QTY table (non-sellable qty) is not part of the API. It is part of the DM tool. How will INV_STATUS_QTY be supported for the API method?
2. we successfully tested SOH migration with the new batch API then ran CONV_SL_INIT_JOB_ADHOC. There is no update to MONTH_DATA table.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a set of item SOH data for migration.
2. Follow the instructions described on page 91 on the
Oracle® Retail Merchandising Conversion
Implementation Guide
Release 19.3.000
F44081-03, released on July 2022
3. SOH got updated successfully
4. Run CONV_SL_INIT_JOB_ADHOC, the job finished successfully but didn't do anything to MONTH_DATA table
