Goal

We are unable to access Data Visualizer (DV) module. The following errors occur when trying to create a dataset:

Fetch Connection Failed: Cause:
java.io.IOException: execute query failed[nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. [nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 28000, message: ORA-28000: the account is locked at OCI call OCISessionBegin. [nQSError: 17014] Could not connect to Oracle database.
