Incorrect Mexico Time Zone.
Time + 1 hour.
Changes
As a result of the October 26th, 2022, order from the Mexican Government, Daylight Saving Time (DST) in the United Mexican States will no longer be observed in the 2023 calendar year and later.
It seems that the CPQ Mexico City timezone didn't conform to the new norm and it keeps changing to Daylight Saving Time (DST).
Mexico Time Zone now is always GMT-6:00 and no longer changing to GMT-5:00.
