Symptoms

MERCH Schedule, RPM_PURGE_JOB Failed, MFCS kill session batch is not killing the Pricing UI sessions.

These sessions in Next Gen Cloud Architecture (v23+) seems to have OS user as 'oracle' unlike GBUCS (v19) where it was 'rgbu_rpm'. Please investigate why the kill_session batch does not kill the pricing UI sessions.
