Salesforce Tokens Are Expiring The Same Day They Are Set (Doc ID 2947236.1)

Symptoms

When users access Sales force, they occasionally face the following error

"Partner Login error for user (xxx)
The Partner OAuth Token is not valid. Please go to the user profile's User integration page in order to generate a new Token"

After generating the token, the error will resolve.  The error will later re-appear once the token expires.

Changes

 Changes may have been made within Salesforce that have an impact on the token lifecycle
