Symptoms

Multi-tenant Argus installation.

Performing View Only activity of MedDRA dictionary in one of the tenants the below error is displayed (other tenant recode worked fine):

5/4/2023 3:43:08 PM: ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "ARGUS_APP.PKG_MEDDRA_RECODE", line 4517

ORA-06512: at "ARGUS_APP.PKG_MEDDRA_RECODE", line 190

Open Dictionary Management Tool on the Transaction Server and select MedDRA Loader
