In OTM Web Browser Mobile App Start Button Doesn't Appear Automatically for the Next Shipment After the Previous Shipment is Completed (Doc ID 2947446.1)

Symptoms

Customers are facing incorrect behavior of workflow of Shipments in OTM Web Browser Mobile App User Interface.

When they click on the Departed button on the last stop for a Shipment in Active Shipment bucket, the Shipment gets Enroute Completed and that is visible in the Completed Shipment bucket.
Now, if they move back to the Confirmed Shipment bucket the Start button does not appear on the next shipment in the list.

However, if they click on browser Refresh button, then it populates.

 

Expectation is- this Start button should be auto populated/displayed for the next Shipment for further use in the Confirmed Shipment bucket.
