Symptoms

Customers are facing incorrect behavior of workflow of Shipments in OTM Web Browser Mobile App User Interface.

When they add all the Location Events on a Shipment in Active Shipment Bucket and click on Home button, they expect the Shipment to be removed from the Active Shipment Bucket. However, the shipment is still being available in that bucket- which is not desired outcome.
