Bank Statement Creation Rule Error: The value of the attribute TrxCodeId is not valid (Doc ID 2947516.1)

Symptoms

The Bank Statement Transaction Code LOV search query is configured with a max
fetch size of 5000 rows.  
When customer's environment has more than 500 transaction codes and they
try to select anything beyond the 5000th row, it basically errors
and does not assign the transaction code which causes the  error: The value of the attribute TrxCodeId is not valid.
