OCI Load Balancer (LBaaS) - Unable to Connect and Invalid Sign In on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Instance (Doc ID 2947969.1)

Symptoms

Load Balancer has been configured as entry point and with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) instance as backend. The instance for SOA has been newly installed. The services are either getting Invalid Sign In or Unable to Connect error when accessing the Uniform Resource Locators (URLS).

On the SOA URLS, invalid sign in or password try again can be seen.

 

On browser upon inspecting network HAR ("HTTP Archive") file, Error and Blocked can be seen. In addition, Unable to Connect shows up on the browser.
