Price Changes Are Not Getting Approved - Stuck In Processing Status (Doc ID 2948187.1)

Goal

When creating price changes via the UI, the price changes are getting stuck in Processing status, not able to approve/reject those price changes.
The issue is for both Regular and Emergency price changes.
