EPBCS/PBCS - Data Validation Rules Works Inconsistently On Flex Data Forms (Doc ID 2948285.1)

Symptoms

Data validation rules doesn't work in flex forms upon refresh. Validation rule will seem to work upon the form opening but as soon as form is refreshed, grid color showing the validation turns to default one.

Validation rules are associated with flex forms.
