PRC:SSP:23B- The REST Call Will Fail In Case Requisitions Created Via FDBI/SOAP But Submitted Via REST (Doc ID 2948457.1)

Symptoms

For Requisitions created via FDBI / SOAP but submitted via REST, the REST call will fail.

Steps:

- Import Requisition Through FBDI/SOAP
- Requisition Created in ‘Incomplete’ Status
- Try to submit the requisition using Rest API and receiving below error

 

Error:

You can't perform any action on this requisition because a scheduled process is in progress. (POR-2011057)
