ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Requisition supervisor-hierarchy not working as expected. Requisition approved with lesser approval levels

According to the approval rule, routing is supervisory hierarchy and number of approval level is 7. But the requisition is getting approved after 2 levels only. 2nd level user had no manager defined.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Requisition should not be approved successfully with lesser approval level approval.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define approval rule with supervisor hierarchy and mention higher number of approval level (Ex: Say 7 )
2. Ensure the approver in the lower level does not have manager assigned (in this case, approver at level 2 does not have supervisor )
3. Create the requisition and click on Manage approval.
4. Manage approvals shows only approvers till level 2
5. submit the requisition for approval.
6. requisition is getting approved successfully after 2 approvers
