Transfer 'Details' Screen not Visible from Front-End for transfers shipped with items not in them
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create transfer using XTsfCre message with one item.
2. Create Shipment using ASNOUTCre message with only one valid and ranged item, but the item is not in the transfer.
3. Go to the 'Manage Transfers' screen and select the transfer. Click on 'Details' button in the Transfer's header screen.
4. The 'Details' screen is not opening.
