Goal

RICS version information (similar to the About page in MFCS) to be exposed in the UI in the following RICS applications:
RIB <app>
RIHA <app>
BDI
RFI
JMS Console
RSB (RIC Console)
DDS
USM


RICS users currently rely on the Oracle upgrade completion notification which is an automated email and is not a good source of version information.
