Goal
To Import a Business Rule Using the XLM File Export of an Existing Rule, as another new business rule in the application.
There are business cases, where end-users are required to update the business rule based on an existing Business rule in the application and import it back as a new business rule in the application.
Renaming just the XML file and import will not reflect the desired Business rule in the application.
