Goal
Why are there Duplicate Timestamp Entries for the Same Records in the CED File for Opens and/or Clicks?
CED files there are records with duplicate identical timestamp entries for events:
Example for Opens:
RIID: 199999999
Campaign name: ABC_Campaign
Event captured dt: 24.02.2023 09:33
Results: 9 results and taking the event captured date there are 7 different entries:
24-FEB-23 09.33.51. 819000000 AM
24-FEB-23 09.33.00. 536000000 AM
24-FEB-23 09.33.51. 784000000 AM
24-FEB-23 09.33.00. 662000000 AM
24-FEB-23 09.33.51. 986000000 AM
24-FEB-23 09.33.51. 998000000 AM
24-FEB-23 09.33.51. 757000000 AM
Example for Clicks
