Symptoms

Problem Description

When a Hiring Manager clicks the link  Find a Candidate (IRC_HIRING_MGR_CAND_SEARCH,FIND_CAND) on a web page they are taken to a Job Requisition Page and not to the Find a Candidate search page.

As per 23B What's New DEEP LINK TO FIND THE CANDIDATE they should be taken to the Candidate Search page.
