Unable to Select Data Elements in Query Condition Formula for User-Defined Reports (Doc ID 2949191.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to add a formula using Query Condition Based on Data Element option during User-Defined Report creation, users are unable to select a Data Element for the formula without selecting undo button to remove undefined condition.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to add a Data Element to the formula without selecting undo.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a User-Defined Report with Permission Based Data Sources.
2. Select the Data Type.
3. Click on Query tab.
4. Click Add Query Based Data Element.
5. Click Data Element.
6. Select Creation Date.
7. Select Between for Condition.
8. Click on the Select button in the Formula section.
9. Try to select Custom Date either by double clicking or using right click and click on Select.
10. Observe nothing changes.
11. Click the Undo button.
12. The system clears Undefined in Query Condition and lets you select Data Elements.
