Transfer Receiving: Unexpected non-ranged item throws System Error
In Transfer Receiving, while receiving unexpected items not part of the ASN and also not ranged to the store, SOCS is throwing a Severe System Error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Admin Config to Allow Non-Range Item = Yes
2. Go to Transfer Receiving and select an ASN to be received.
3. Try to receive an unexpected item that is also non-ranged to the store
