Redirects Not Working when a Query Parameter is Appended to the URL (Doc ID 2949339.1)

Symptoms

Create redirects using the createRedirect API, for example create a redirection rule without query parameters from "/women/loafers" to "/women/women-loafers".

Now if you try to access <host>/women/loafers?&utm_source=bing you will get the 404 Page Not Found error.
