Backorder value show unexpected value

While creating an transfer the backorder value shows a value different than the one showed in the item_loc_soh table.

The available quantity is calculated using the following formula:
Available quantity = Stock_on_hand - (TSF_RESV + RTV + UNAVAIL + CUSTOMER_RESV + CUSTOMER_BACKORDER)
Available quantity = 0 - (0+0+0+0+3)
Available quantity = -3

On the transfer detail screen the available quantity is showed correctly but on the other hand the value of the backorder quantity should be 3 as seen in the item_loc_soh table but the displayed value is 0.
