Error Message In Resource Pool Is Not Getting Populated Correctly (Doc ID 2949616.1)

Goal

In resource Pool, when an end date is provided to Resource in "Resource with no pool membership" an Error message is getting popped up. The error message has a typo error in a word which should be 'Can't' but it is showing as 'Can"t'

FYI, Error in oracle- The resource Pool membership in pool resources with no pool membership can''t have to date because the project enterprise resource definition for the resource has no to date.
