In Xstore, there is a table named itm_item_prices, where multiple prices can be set up for an item. In itm_item_prices, there is a column price_qty so the price of the item can vary by amount.

In MFCS, there is no similar setup.

Currently, when Xcenter calls the MFCS REST service to prepares the MNT file which is published to individual stores, this value is reported by MFCS to be a "1" on its own line, just to make a compatible file.

This causes 2 problems:

1. If the itm_item_prices.price_qty functionality for Xstore is desired, there is no way to set this up in MFCS.
2. For weighted items, when the weight of the item is less than 1 no price is found, as 0.5 kg is less than the hard-coded "1" that MFCS sends to Xcenter.
