Symptoms

P11D report goes into Error for few employees. This employees have a value for 'Private Medical Insurance Employer'.

ERROR

The cash equivalent value of the benefit Private Medical Treatment or Insurance with the unique reference Private Medical Insurance Employer can't be less than zero.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create taxable benefits calculation card.
2. Benefit type: Private Medical Insurance or Treatment.
3. Run P11D report.
4. Error occurs.
