Taxonomy is missing in the configuration

I'm doing some clean up on the files in the Assets tab, and when I checked the taxonomies in the Content > Taxonomies, and a second taxonomy is not showing.
To be able to verify the taxonomies exist, I went to the assets and recategorized one of the file, and I saw the taxonomies I'm looking for in the Categories side panel.
