The Format Is Incorrect When Exporting Portfolios To Excel, Negative Numbers Exported As Text And Not Considered

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When the user exports Portfolio data in Excel format, negative numbers are formatted as text and not considered.
All data should be exported in numerical format.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to the impacted Project/Shell and select the Portfolio
- Using the printer icon, select the 'Export to Excel' option
- Notice the format of the Excel sheet is incorrect and the data is not showing correct where there is a negative number
