Symptoms
Unable to migrate a Purchase Order (PO) with a Line where Ordered Quantity = Cancelled Quantity
Need to migrate a PO where Order Quantity = 0 and Qty_Cancelled > 0. It is believed the way to migrate the same is to put Ordered Quantity = Cancelled Quantity.
But this gives an error.
ERROR

Error ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("RMS01"."ORDLOC"."UNIT_RETAIL") returned by program unit ORDER_SETUP_SQL.ADD_ITEM_TO_PO.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load the attached CREATE_PURCHASE_ORDERS.zip in DC Tool
2. Observe Error in Business Validation
