Unable To Save GL Cross Reference Data With Blank Values For Dynamic Segments (Doc ID 2949864.1)

Symptoms

Invalid accounts error occurs when attempting to add GL Cross Reference data leaving blank for dynamic segments.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Invalid account/segments/set of books id"

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Make sure the dynamic segments are properly configured.
  2. Navigate to Foundation>GL Cross Reference.
  3. Click on Actions>Create
  4. Populate all segments with a valid account combination and leave dynamic segments as blank.
  5. Try to save the data and notice the error.
    "Invalid account/segments/set of books id"
