Copying Assets Restored From Archive To Another Repository Failed (Not Completed) (Doc ID 2949868.1)

Symptoms

Copying an asset to another repository is failed (not completed) if the asset is restored from archive.

The copy job is once started, but not completed on WebUI (i.e. "Copying..." banner remains even after few minutes). Also, the asset is actually not copied in the target repository.

The issue occurs only with assets that is restored. any other assets not yet archived are copied successfully.
