OAC REST API Work Request Call Fails with "500--Internal Server Error for getting status information for a work request" Error (Doc ID 2949874.1)

Symptoms

All the snapshots REST API calls such as Create, Restore, Delete Snapshot are successful. Only work request API calls fails with below error when trying to get snapshot work request status using a workRequestId.
