RFI Sends The Same GL File To Fusion Twice

Goal
When the GL account file reaches the RFI integration layer and the RFI adapter runs to send it to Fusion, there are days, where Fusion receives 2 files with exactly same content.
If the user processes both files and do not notice that they are duplicated files, the financial information will be affected and discrepancies will be generated.
This seems to happen on a random frequency (some days it happens, some days it doesn't happen).
