Goal

Business need is to have functional/service ID's with non-expiry password to avoid resetting the password periodically.

Integration scenarios where the functional/service ID's:

1.User and user entitlements provisioning and reporting
2.Data integration for:
  i.  loading into Oracle SaaS, e.g. into the AFCS object store
  ii. moving data between SaaS modules, e.g. EDMCS to AFCS
  iii. unloading data from oracle SaaS, e.g. into GL to Pub/Sub layer
3.Process monitoring
4.Cloning and backup (EPM)
