Symptoms
When attempting to search for Receipts under Manage Receipts UI, the following error occurs.
Error:
"A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)"
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Procurement > Manage Receipts UI
2. From Task panel, search for Receipt number
3. Try to open the searched receipt and getting the error
