Unable to customize the Label name for 'Schedules' region using the User Interface Text tool.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User Interface Text tool should be able to edit the label

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Activate a Sandbox with the User Interface Text tool
2. Search for 'Schedules'
3. No results appear
