Symptoms

Bluebeam Error: "The requested resource was not found. Make sure that you requested the correct URL and that the page still exist. (PSC_CC-6030070)" 

Created Bluebeam studio session. However, when trying to add a reviewer from Permit Information -> Plan Reviews they got error: "The requested resource was not found. Make sure that you requested the correct URL and that the page still exist. (PSC_CC-6030070)"
