Protfolio Scorecards Do Not Calculate For Percent Complete Summary Fields in P6 Web (Doc ID 2950335.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In P6 Web, the summarization in Portfolio Scorecards is not working for % complete fields on higher levels than project level such as Totals and Subtotals.

Affected Fields:

  


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Totals for % Complete fields should be visible in summary bands.



STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a scorecard with the following columns:
  2. Go to Portfolios.
  3. Login to P6 Web.
    • Schedule % Complete
    • Performance % Complete
    • Units % Complete
    • Performance % Complete - Labor Units
  4. Notice that they are either blank or at 0% though there is data at the project level.
