Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

'Roll Back Errors' option is displayed for some users, but not displayed for other users.
Customer compared all roles to the first user, but still is facing same issue, both users and roles are same.
Customer scenario: Log in to the system with this user xxxxx@xxxxxx.com, Roll Back Errors option is displayed. But once customer copy this user with same roles, new user is not able to see Roll Back Errors option.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

'Roll Back Errors' option should be displayed for all users.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payroll Checklist and click on 3 dots.
3. 'Roll Back Errors' option is not displayed.
