Some Transactions Were Not Processed In ReSA

Goal
Some transactions that were sent from Xstore are in the svc_rtlog_data_load_hist table but are missing in the sa_tran_head table due to which the sales amount is incorrect.
The transactions are no longer in the svc_rtlog_data_load table. The logger log shows the below error.
"saimptlogi_1~20230501043343~fmtSATItem~~103~RET-0103: generic function processing error-Number of records (6401) exceeds allocated size 6400 at RTLOG line TITEM0000006403
