Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the PO creation date and approval date are different expired HTS is not getting removed from PO during approval.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expired HTS should get removed from PO during approval.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO in submitted status with active HTS (HTS going to be expired next day).
2. Advance the VDATE so the HTS is expired.
3. Recalculate the cost and approve the PO.
4. Noticed that HTS information still present in the PO.
