OIC2 Cannot Connect To On Premise Sybase Database Via Agent (Doc ID 2950565.1)

Symptoms

Trying to connect on-premise Sybase database (16.0) via the agent, copied the jconn4.jar from on-premise Sybase database and placed it in the thirdparty/lib folder. But met an error : [CLOUD-0005: Unable to establish connection. Please check connection parameters; No suitable driver found for jdbc:sybase:Tds:****:****/****].

The agent log see below exception.
