Goal

Users have tested the global procurement flow with different procurement BU and requisitioning BU and has performed purchase order receipts.

"Purchase Order Receipt" and "Transaction In Transit Receipt" transactions that originating from the Global Procurement PO flow were NOT costed in Create COST Accounting Distributions so their Costing Status remains "Not Proceed".
