Symptoms
23B new feature "Last Name Validation for Native Electronic Signature in Journeys" allows validating eSignature task with Last Name. However, this feature is not working and returning below error.
"status failed: You need to enter the name that matches the name we have in our records. (PER-1532291)"
Issue replication steps
---------------
1.Create checklist integration for eSignature with last name as validation - verify the status - save
2.Create a checklist with esignature task where it uses this newly created integration
3.Allocate this checklist to any worker - login as worker - Journey - eSignature task - provide last name and click on see document and than on Done- error occurs
