Symptoms

Resource Pool Manager is not able to approve resource request. Receiving the following error message.

A connection to the server has failed (Status=504)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Project Resources->Manage Project Resource Requests
2. Approve or reject the request when the Resource pool manager
